Carmen’s Angel Fund was founded on August 25, 2019 by Brian and Melissa Bice. This organization was created in honor of their daughter Carmen Madison Bice. Carmen passed away on February 28, 2019 after she suffered a catastrophic shunt failure. Carmen had a love for all things that was unparalleled. Brian and Melissa started this organization to keep Carmen’s spirit alive though raising funds and awareness for various children’s charities.
